Op deze pagina vind je de algemene voorwaarden van ons park. Op alle reserveringen gelden zowel ons campingreglement als de RECRON-voorwaarden.

De RECRON-voorwaarden bieden heldere afspraken over rechten en plichten, opgesteld in samenwerking met de Consumentenbond en de ANWB, zodat je met een gerust hart kunt genieten van je verblijf bij ons.

General Terms and Conditions Camping de Paal

These general terms and conditions apply to all reservations and stays at Camping de Paal. We do our utmost to provide you with a pleasant and safe holiday, and we kindly ask you to respect the rules below. Violation of these terms may result in removal from the premises without refund. The HISWA/RECRON Terms and Conditions apply to all reservations.

Terms are subject to change and typographical errors.

1. Payment and Cancellation Terms

1a. Payment Terms:

  • For holidays starting in five months or later, payment is required in three installments: 20% within 3 days of booking, 30% five months before arrival, and the remaining 50% six weeks before arrival.
  • For holidays within three months, payment is required in two installments.
  • For holidays within six weeks, full payment is required immediately.

1b. Cancellation: Cancellations are handled according to the HISWA/RECRON terms and conditions. Different terms apply for camping pitches and rental accommodations. Please refer to the specific terms here.

2. Arrival, Stay, and Departure

2a. Check-in and Check-out Times:

  • Camping pitch and hiker’s cabin: Check-in from 2:00 pm, check-out by 12:00 pm.
  • Rental accommodation: Check-in from 3:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am.

2b. Early Arrival or Late Departure: Early arrival is not possible. A late check-out can be booked (subject to availability) during the booking process.

2c. Arrival Outside Reception Hours: For arrival after closing time, guests can enter until 10:00 pm with the pre-registered license plate. Please notify us by 6:00 pm if late arrival applies.

2d. Quiet Hours and Gate Access: Quiet hours begin at 10:30 pm and continue until 7:30 am. During this time, complete silence is required. A night guard may be present for guest safety. Between 10:00 pm and 7:30 am, car access is not permitted.

2e. Use of Facilities After Check-out:

  • Camping pitches: After 12:00 pm on departure day, use of facilities is not allowed.
  • Rental accommodations: In the low season, facilities can be used free of charge on departure day. Please park on the guest parking lot after 10:00 am. In the high season, use of facilities is not allowed after 10:00 am.

3. Stay and Conduct Rules

3a. Pets: Pets are allowed on designated fields and must always be leashed. Dogs are not allowed on restricted fields or in rental accommodations. Visitors’ dogs are not allowed.

3b. Alcohol, Drugs, and Behavior: Excessive alcohol use and drugs are prohibited. Offensive, discriminatory, or dangerous behavior can lead to immediate removal without refund.

3c. Own Risk: All guests stay at their own risk. Camping de Paal is not liable for damage or injury unless gross negligence by the campsite is proven.

3d. Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed inside buildings, accommodations, and near swimming pools. Outdoor smoking poles are available.

3e. Facial Recognition: Facial recognition is used for access to the swimming pool and indoor playground. Please contact reception for alternatives.

3f. Surveillance Cameras: For the safety of guests and staff, cameras are placed at multiple locations on-site. Images are used only if necessary for emergencies.

3g. Noise Disturbance: Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Avoid loud music, disruptive sounds (also during the day), and bright lighting. Show respect for other guests to ensure peace and comfort for all.

4. Facilities

4a. WiFi: WiFi is available on the campsite. Access codes can be purchased at reception.

4b. Television Connection: Digital television is available on camping pitches and in accommodations. A DVB-C connection and a coaxial cable are required.

4c. Waste Separation: Waste must be separated and deposited at the waste station near the gate (general waste, paper, glass).

4d. Laundry: The laundry is located at the entrance of the supermarket. Machines can be started with card payment at the vending machine.

4e. Swimming Pool: Access to the pool is free for registered guests and is non-transferable. Swim rings and balls are not allowed. Limited supervision is provided.

5. Camping Pitches and Accommodations

5a. Sockets and Power Usage: All sockets are child-safe. Each camping pitch has 6 amps (1380 watts) by default. We encourage energy-saving practices.

5b. Ground Cover: A grass-permeable mat under the awning is allowed and should be rolled up when not in use.

5c. Additional Tents and Party Tents: One small tent of max. 4 m² (L x W) and 1.25m high is allowed on camping pitches. Additional tents are not allowed in rental accommodations. Party tents (3x3m, without side walls) are allowed in May holidays and summer months as an awning replacement, but should not disturb neighbors.

5d. Guests and Day Visitors: Overnight guests are allowed after registration at reception. A maximum of 6 people per pitch applies, including guests. Day visitors are allowed but must be registered by the main guest at reception and pay the applicable fee. Guests are responsible for their visitors.

5e. Toddler Pools: A toddler pool of max. 80 cm in diameter may be placed on the camping pitch and should be positioned close to the camping equipment.

5f. Placement of Camping Equipment: Please follow placement regulations for camping equipment. Repositioning may be required if improperly placed.

6. Parking and Vehicles

6a. Vehicle Parking: One car per camping pitch is allowed and should be parked on designated areas at the edge of the fields (except pitches 501-509). Extra vehicles must park outside the gate.

6b. Electric Vehicle Charging: Electric vehicles may only be charged at the charging stations in the visitor parking area. Charging on pitches or in accommodations is not allowed.

6c. Bicycle Rental: Bicycles (including child seats and children's bikes) are available for rent at reception.

6d. Speed Limit: The maximum speed throughout the park is 5 km/h.

6e. Electric Scooters and Fat Bikes: Electric scooters and fat bikes are prohibited for safety reasons.

7. Use of Fire and Barbecues

Barbecues are allowed if positioned at least 30 cm above the ground, with a bucket of sand or water for emergencies. Fire pits and open flames are not allowed. Different rules may apply during dry weather.

8. Vouchers

Only vouchers issued by Camping de Paal are valid. They are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and only valid for the email address used for the reservation.

9. Reception

The reception is open from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm during winter months. During the camping season, reception is open daily from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Check current opening hours on our website.
