How do I access my accommodation?
At Camping de Paal, we use automatic locks on our rental accommodations. Have you booked a Paalcasa, Paalhuissie, Paaltent, or Paalcottage? Read the step-by-step guide below!
Important: A working internet connection is required to link the key. After installation, everything also works offline.

To make the key visible in the app, it is important to link your reservation. Follow these steps:
- Open the Camping de Paal app and tap on “My Environment.”
- Enter your email address and link your booking via the email you received.
- Your booking is now linked. When you tap the menu at the bottom right, you will see your accommodation key at the top.

Important: Make sure that both Bluetooth and location services are enabled.
Keep your phone near the lock and tap on "Open Door." After a few seconds, a green light will appear, and then you can turn the knob clockwise.
To close the accommodation, repeat the same steps and turn the lock the other way. The "Open Door" button is used for both opening and closing the accommodation. This button does not change to "Close Door."
Your reservation can be linked to multiple devices, giving you access to multiple keys. How convenient is that!

1. Check if Bluetooth and location services are enabled. To enable location, make sure to check your phone settings.
2. Close the app completely and then reopen it. Restarting the app will synchronize everything.
3. If the lock still doesn’t work, come by the reception or call us at: 0497-571977. We will resolve it together!
